Las Vegas Gluten Free Guide

Las Vegas tourism is in the upswing after 2020 and I am simply getting the swing of it in general after our move to the area in September 2021. I am excited to take the That’s So Celiac community along with me as I find new gluten-free places to enjoy and share. I will also be doing my absolute best to make sure I get official comments from each listed establishment*.

My hope with this guide is that it provides you with the riverbanks to feel confident in enjoying any of the listed establishments while also being your own best advocate and being confident in doing so. Please remember the dining out portion in the disclosure + disclaimer where I talk about continuing to ask all the questions and do your own research before dining anywhere.

I will keep this as up to date as possible & will be adding photos for each place in the near future!

*Every place listed has communications out to them where I explain the purpose of the guide and ask them the following questions: What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease? What are the processes when it comes to limiting cross-contact as I know your kitchen is not 100% gluten free? What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)? Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?*

Craft Kitchen (Henderson, NV)

This restaurant was recommended so many times after our moving announcement. It is not on the strip and is about 20M south of the strip. This is an eatery, which is not only chef-owned, but serves amazingly yummy dishes made with locally sourced foods. The menu is extensive and caters to whatever mood you are in regards to eating - breakfast, brunch, lunch, sweet, savory.

The kitchen and/or cafe area is not 100% gluten free so there is a risk of cross-contact. However, the kitchen staff from my experience is knowledgeable of celiac and what is needed to eat as safely as possible.

TSC Tips(s): Use the yelp app to join the waitlist ahead of time, which will minimize your wait as it does get busy, especially on the weekends. If you can go earlier in the morning for the fresh pastries they make each morning.

My favorite item(s): Roasted Cauliflower Ravioli (V and GF) and the Blueberry Lemon Muffin (GF)

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Eiffel Tower (Located on the strip in Paris)

This was another Find Me Gluten Free selection from my husband as he surprised me with dinner here for my 30th birthday. Luckily, my husband knows how to call into restaurants and ask questions for me to feel comfortable eating somewhere.

This is definitely a restaurant that needs reservations and to those looking for a fine dining experience. The menu did not have any indications of what was or could be gluten free, so I had an in depth conversation with the waiter. This waiter answered all my questions and took extra care in my food - for example, I ordered something I wanted to try and it was delivered & he come by to see if it was prepared correctly for me and saw that it was not - he kindly took that dish away and had it completely remade for me without the part that was not gluten-free. The waiter even made sure I had a gluten free dessert made for me, which was very kind.

I appreciated the waiter's attention to detail and the care he took in making sure I had a safe dining experience that I possibly could in a kitchen that was not 100% gluten free.

TSC Tips(s): No matter the location of the table, you will have a great view with your dinner! Definitely for a fancy date night idea.

My favorite item(s): Slow Roasted Filet Of Salmon, Pinot Noir Sauce and a mocktail

100% Gluten Free: No, but aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Fruits Roots Organic Juice & Wellness Kitchen (Located in the Spring Valley area)

Unfortunately, this amazing establishment closed their doors in October 2022.

I found this amazing establishment through the pilates studio I like to frequent and it is a blessing & a curse that I did as I would eat here every single day. The establishment is 100% gluten free and each option is made from nutrient dense whole foods, which are some of my go-to requirements for what I eat.

The menu offers not only gluten-free options, but vegan options as well in the form of fresh pressed juices, nut mylks, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, bowls, and pastries!

This is 100% one of the top places I recommend to check out if you can whether you have celiac or not. The freshness and goodness of everything they offer is amazing.

TSC Tips(s): Order a thing or two to go, so you have it for a meal later on in the day or the following day!

My favorite item(s): Almond Cacao with Espresso Nut Mylk, Taquito Bowl, Strawberry Mint Lemonade, and any of the pastries! I have not had anything bad from here!

100% Gluten Free: Yes.

HARVEST (Located on the strip in the Bellagio)

I found this restaurant when a friend was in town and we wanted to try a new place for dinner before seeing "O" by Cirque du Soleil. This was a very happy stumble upon find as it has been a go-to take people, especially due to the farm-to-table concept. It has n0t disappointed in any of the times we have gone and enjoy the ever evolving menu where you can find specially prepared seasonal dishes and more.

Harvest has New American fare & cocktails served in stylish surrounds with a display kitchen.

TSC Tips(s): Make sure to talk with whomever is your waiter or waitress about your dietary needs. I personally have never had an issue when ordering

My favorite item(s): Their menu changes seasonally, but you can usually find me enjoying a salad from their small plate options, a protein option from their dinner plate options, and you can usually find me enjoying the smashed potatoes & the farmer’s market vegetables from the side plate options.

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Ike’s Sandwiches (Located in various locations across the Vegas area)

I found Ike’s through Katelyn’s ( @eatglutenfreeaz ) Instagram account as she is always finding some gluten free gems on the West coast and I am always down for a quality gluten free sub. When I walked into an Ike’s location, I was a little hesitant at first as I was not sure with the setup on how the gluten free subs were handled. However, after reading Katelyn’s experience and asking my own questions while at an Ike’s location, I felt much more comfortable enjoying a menu item.

Ike's staff from my experience and knowledge are trained on the difference between a gluten allergy and celiac disease, so the correct precautions can be taken. From the multiple times I have enjoyed a sandwich from Ike’s, gloves have been changed, my sandwich has been prepared in a completely separate space and with separate utensils.

Fairwarning, these locations are typically in with a gas station, but make it the perfect stop to fill up the tank before heading to a nearby park and have a hike approved lunch!

TSC Tips(s): Utilize Ike’s interactive allergen menu to do your own research before you go into one of the locations.

My favorite item(s): Hunter Pence on gluten free bread with no BBQ sauce and no cheese. Swap the dirty sauce for the vegan dirty sauce.

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

In-N-Out (Located in various locations across the Vegas area)

These are all over the West coast and are like a right of passage to enjoy when you make a trip out to the area. They are known for their quality - yes I am putting “fast food” & quality in the same sentence, but you will believe me when you taste it.

If I eat outside my own kitchen, this is one of the places you will find me, especially due to being able to enjoy celiac safe french fries. Their potatoes are cut freshly before being put in the fryer, which is the only thing that goes into there. From my understanding with conversations i;ve had at the location I frequent, not to get the onions as they are picked up with buns, so those are exposed to gluten, which here at That’s So Celiac we like to stay away from.

TSC Tips(s): Ask your own questions and let them know you have celiac disease before your order. Be aware they will mark it as a “gluten allergy”.

My favorite item(s): A double double animal style (no onion or tomato) and fries

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and have precautions for a “gluten allergy”.

La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway (Located on the strip in the Wynn)

This was an establishment not even on my radar, but while my mom was in town, she came across it as a place for us to try, so we made a reservation! I reviewed the menu and saw that there were many options that had a “gf” next to it and felt confident in my ability to advocate for myself at a new place. By the way, me being confident in my own advocacy does not mean I still do not get a little anxious about being outside of my own kitchen and/or trying somewhere new. However, I promised myself I would not let fear keep me from living my life and trying new places!

I reviewed the menu again when we were sat at our table, told our waitress that I had celiac and explained what that meant. I asked the waitress to check with the chef and/or manager on three menu items for me, which were all good for me to enjoy, so I went with those three items.

Two of these items were technically sides, but were very well portioned. One of the items was not even on the menu, but felt comfortable asking for it based on their current offerings.

Overall, we had a great experience and my three menu items turned into a very filly & tasty meal.

TSC Tips(s): Make a reservation and be confident in your abilities to create a meal that you are comfortable with!

My favorite item(s): Crushed Fingerling Potato, Bacon, Sour Cream || Crispy Brussels Sprouts || I asked for grilled shrimp, which they brought out for me and it was served in an amazing sauce that was safe for me to enjoy.

The Mayfair Supper Club (Located on the strip in the Bellagio)

This has been a restaurant on our Las Vegas Foodie Bucket List since we moved here as they are known for not only their amazing food, but the immersive experience they offer with their entertainment.

The food and entertainment were some of the best we’ve experienced. Plus, I had a very pleasant experience with the staff being very knowledgable and overall having a very positive experience and a place I will be going back to! PLUS, they have a fryer specifically for their fries and we all know if I can have safe French Fries, I get them every time - oh and they’re truffle French Fries!

TSC Tips(s): Get a reservation if you can, but if you can’t then go and try to grab seats at the ocean bar!

My favorite item(s): Heirloom Tomato Salad, Roasted Chicken, Truffle Fries, and Sorbet.

MoMofuku (Located in The Cosmopolitian)

This is one of the restaurants I have been eyeing on the Find Me Gluten Free app, but had not had the chance to check it out and am so happy we found the time to check it out as it was delicious. If you like contemporary Asian-American cuisine, this is the place for you!

It has become a habit of my husband and I to randomly go explore one of the casinos and stop into a restaurant without reservations & simply see if we can get spots at the bar! Sitting at the bar has yielded very positive experiences, especially with interacting with staff members that are knowledgable with celiac and the menu.

This was another time like at Nellie’s where the waiter was absolutely amazing and marked up the menu and throughly explained what I could and could not eat. The waiter at Momofuku was Erick and he was fantastic - I went with his recommendations and could go back day after day to enjoy what I got!

The staff running the food was very knowledgable too as they were setting down my friend’s shrimp cocktail and let me know that if I were to try one of the shrimps to not utilize the cocktail sauce as there was gluten in it. So again, an overall positive experience and a place I will be going back to!

TSC Tips(s): Get a reservation if you can, but if you can’t then go and try to grab seats at the bar! Safe room for desert as Milk Bar is right next door and has pre-packed certified gluten free cookies!

My favorite item(s): Spicy Cucumbers, Pork Belly Buns (in a lettuce wrap & no hoisin), and Green Curry Rice Cakes (absolutely amazing)!

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

naco daddy (multiple locations)

I am speaking solely on my experience with the Henderson, NV location, which is located 15-20M off the strip depending on where you are staying. I LOVE tacos and am always down for some good chips & dips. My husband and I have been multiple times - each time we’ve been our waiter or waitress will alert the manager on duty about my dietary needs, which then creates an entire process in the kitchen to limit cross contact.

Their menu is well marked and most of the wait staff is really good about answering additional questions with the fryer, how dishes are made, etc… Again, I have personally never had an issue with any of my favorite items below at the Henderson location.

TSC Tips(s): Join the waitlist ahead of time as they are usually busy, which is always a good sign.

My favorite item(s): Triple Dip, Pork Carnitas or Shrimp Street Tacos, and Filet Mignon Nachos.

Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (Located in mgm Grand)

When one of my best friend’s was coming into town for 48 hours and a Jonas Brothers concert was on the itinerary, we decided to make the day full of Jonas related things like checking out the newest location of the family restaurant.

Before going, I looked over the NC menu (Las Vegas menu is a little different) to see what my options would be and was pleasantly surprised with the gluten free options, especially with so many clearly marked and with the note that you can ask for a separate gluten free menu - from this I was excited to try it out!

There were no reservations available, which is not shocking since it had only been open for 4 or 5 days when we went and the Jonas Brothers had their last 3 residency shows, so not shocking it was busy! However, we were able to easily get seats at the bar, which turned out to be an amazing experience, especially thanks to Stephanie (if you go to the Las Vegas location, ask for her at the bar!). As I was sitting down, I asked her if they had the gluten free menu available - she said not yet and asked if I was asking for it due to celiac or if it was for a gluten allergy. She made sure to go talk with the kitchen and marked up a menu for me, so I knew what I could and could not order, which was greatly appreciated.

Nellie’s has a yummy food and an item on the menu for everyone - they have a A+ staff - there is a stage for live music and the atmosphere in general is great! We will 100% be going back.

TSC Tips(s): Get a reservation and if you can’t, find a spot at the bar!

My favorite item(s): The Lovebug Burger on a gluten-free bun with coleslaw!

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets (Located in SUMMERLIN, BLUE DIAMOND, and now The Sundry Food Hall Las Vegas)

I have not found an AMAZING gluten free doughnut / donut in the Las Vegas area yet - like a good yeast donut, you know what I mean? However, I have been following Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets along with the Café Lola restaurants (when I try one of these locations, I will let you know & update this guide) as they are the same owners on Instagram and drooling over the offerings each establishment has.

I decided to check out the Summerlin location and had a wonderful experience, especially after speaking with a point of contact via Instagram DMs. Please note that there is a risk of cross-contamination and when I spoke with the person through Instagram DM they made sure to notate that as well. The GF doughnuts are cake doughnuts, so they are not fried. They are baked. So no yeast doughnuts have been found (yet), but these are honestly THE best cake GF cake doughnuts I’ve had - not too heavy, moist, great texture, and amazing flavor. They aren’t overwhelming sweet either.

I loved them so much and personally trusted how they handled their gluten free options that I worked with them in creating custom doughnuts for our gender reveal - my husband even enjoyed them and he does not have to eat gluten free, but is willing to try things with me!

TSC Tips(s): Let them know you have celiac - they will change their gloves and make sure to handle your order separately. I mentioned first that I had celiac and asked the employee to change their gloves which they let me know that is part of the protocol as well!

My favorite item(s): I’ve tried each GF flavor they have had available when I have gone and even custom ones for our gender reveal - can’t pick a favorite!

100% Gluten Free: No.

Website: https://www.ilovesainthonore.com

Comment(s) from the restaurant:

Their gluten free doughnuts are made with special utensils separately from their regular doughnut utensils.

They do place them beside the other regular doughnuts however they do not touch - and I can confirm this as they are on a specific serving utensil that is not like the tray the other doughnuts are on.

Also, the employees change their gloves when they touch they create the GF orders / pack them.

Senza Gluten-Free Bakery (Located in Southwest Las Vegas Area)

Not to be confused with the establishment in New York City (also, a must go - the cafe and restaurant if in the city). This is my favorite celiac safe bakery in the area. I have only been a couple times due to the location from where I am located, but the trip is worth it every single time. Each week the menu is a little different and is posted the week of on their Instagram.

They are known for their Brazilian cheese puffs, which I do recommend giving a try as they usually have a variety like rosemary garlic, dill pickle, taco, and more! The O.G. flavor, which is just cheese, are available every week. They have something for everyone from breakfast sweets (cinnamon rolls, muffins, donuts, and more) to breakfast quiches to cupcakes & bars to cookies!

If you are looking for a celiac safe bakery then this is the spot to go!

They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so plan your trip accordingly ;)

TSC Tips(s): Get there early for the fresh cinnamon rolls and bring a to-go back to take some home with you!

My favorite item(s): The creme brulee cookie (a rotating cookie & is not always available) and the cinnamon rolls

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana (Located At the District in GReen Valley ranch)

I LOVE a quality gluten free pizza that does not crumble apart and/or droop while you are trying to enjoy it. I have found it with this place. Settebello’s is one of those places that I have driven by plenty of time and have seen it on the Find Me Gluten Free App.

To be honest, I get really nervous with pizza establishments, especially ones that are not 100% gluten-free. However, I leaned into the confidence I have in my advocacy skills and enjoyed trying out a new place with my husband. I appreciated everything about the gluten free pizza from the texture to the taste and the whole it not causing any disruption and/or sickness for my body!

Overall, Settebello’s has a great environment and a very generous menu for those looking and/or needing gluten free options.

TSC Tips(s): Make sure to get the gluten-free pizza made on its own pan as all the pizzas go through the same oven.

My favorite item(s): The Gluten Free Diavola - add sausage.

100% Gluten Free: No.

superfrico (Located in The Cosmopolitian)

Hands down one of the BEST meals I’ve ever eaten was thanks to me saying “YES CHEF” and trusting the chef in making the decisions for me.

And yes, trusting the chef made me a little anxious especially living with celiac disease, BUT this is where advocating for myself and having open communication with the staff comes into play! Our waiter was absolutely amazing in answering my questions, talking with the chef, and making sure to triple check my plates when they were brought out.

This culinary experience consisted of a 4 course spread, which has been THE best meal I’ve had in the Las Vegas area and was able to confidently & safely enjoy it. Plus, I didn’t feel like the odd man out as even if I didn’t get what others at the table got, I got something special for me and 100% didn’t not feel left out of the dining experience. The homemade Mango sorbet with tahini was 10/10 and that was just for me! Plus, you get some unique entertainment throughout your dining experience that you will not find anywhere else!

Remember my celiac is not your celiac. My level of comfortability with dining out and saying “YES CHEF” may be different than yours - again, I felt confident and safe in how I advocated for myself, the waiters responses & attention to my plates, and the fact that THE CHEF was making my plates.

TSC Tips(s): Make a reservation and check out The Ski Lodge either before or after your reservation.

My favorite item(s): I can state something specific off their menu since the “Yes Chef” is a catered experience for the night.

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Sushi Samba (Located on the strip in THE PALAZZO AT THE VENETIAN RESORT)

I’ve only eaten sushi a few times since my celiac diagnosis as I was not comfortable with a majority of the establishments I found and how they handled their gluten free options. I am very happy to say I have felt comfortable eating sushi at Sushi Samba.

I found Sushi Samba on Find Me Gluten Free when I was doing research for our move to the Las Vegas area.

They have a gluten conscious menu due to the kitchen not being 100% gluten see, so cross-contact is possible. From my experience, the waiter and the kitchen staff have taken great care of my dishes. I personally have never had an issue while dining here.

TSC Tips(s): When you make the reservation, put that you have celiac in the special notes and remember to talk with your waiter about your personal needs before enjoying it!

My favorite item(s): Edamame, Berkshire Pork Belly, Samba Strip, and Mochi

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Toast Society Cafe (Located in Summerlin & Henderson)

I have been following Toast Society Cafe since they opened and looked at making my way off the strip when I visited Las Vegas in March 2019, but that did not happen because I was in the area for a friend’s bachelorette party. So when I found out we were moving to the area, I knew I was going to have the time to finally try out this place I had been drooling over via social media.

The interior design and yummy breads really do live up to the hype.

This is a place that understands “gluten free”, but not always “celiac disease”. I am confident in my ability to speak up for myself and make sure that my toast is made in a separate and/or clean space along with clean utensils and ingredients being used. You can watch your toast being made as the prep area is an open air space. From my own personal experiences, the staff does a good job at noting that I have celiac and handling my order with care to limit cross-contact; I personally haven’t had an issue there. Again, don’t forget to ask your own questions and advocate for yourself

They also have a full coffee menu along with smoothies and smoothie bowls!

I was able to go check out their NEW Henderson location, which is absolutely amazing - very aesthetically pleasing and even has a separate toaster for the gluten-free orders, which is a huge win for us celiacs!

TSC Tips(s): Get the toast flight!

My favorite item(s): Avo Everything w/ vegan cream cheese, Breakfast Crunch, & House Favorite

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can.

True Food Kitchen (Located on the strip in Caesar’s Palace and off the strip in Downtown Summerlin)

We had recently moved to the area and we were walking through Caesar’s Palace with some family who were hungry and they were easily able to go to the food court that is right before the Forum Shops. However, nothing was celiac safe and/or I was remotely comfortable trying to consume, so I grabbed my phone and started doing research for possibly gluten free offerings that were preferably focused on fresh food - *insert True Food Kitchen*.

The farm to table approach has my heart, which means it is quite easy for this place to steal my heart, especially with their ability to cater to those living with celiac disease. The waiter answered all my questions and said I could speak to the manager and/or chef if I wanted or needed. Plus, I feel comfortable with farm to table establishments as it is not pre-packed items and you can really play with the fresh ingredients available to create a meal that works best for you.

Please note, there are locations across the country and that the “GF” stands for “gluten friendly”, so please make sure to ask all your questions and be your own best advocate.

The way each TFK is set up is very earthy, open, and very community driven in my opinion. It caters to an overall great experience.

TSC Tips(s): Make sure to let your waiter or waitress know that you have celiac and ask them to walk you through the kitchen’s cross-contact procedures, so you are comfortable ordering from the menu! In my opinion, their menu is pretty easy to navigate and have it fit your needs.

My favorite item(s): There were two seasonal items when I first went - which was a soup and a bowl! Looks like I am going back, so I can provide some more insight to the TSC Community.

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Urth Caffe (Located on the strip in the Wynn and now at the Uncommons)

Bless my mother in law for constantly being on the lookout for places I can eat and try as she is the one who found this amazing spot! Plus, it is another farm to table establishment that has stolen my heart with plenty of options for me to choose from.

The freshness and quality of the food is what really stood out to me! My husband enjoyed his own meal (not gluten free) and absolutely loved it. There was no extra charge for needings things gluten free and the pricing aligned with not only the quality, but the quantity of food your receive.

This is definitely a place I would recommend if you are on the strip, especially since it caters to breakfast, brunch, and lunch!

Also, they do have allergy and cross-contact warnings on their menus, so people are aware they are not 100% gluten free but do their best to accommodate. Remember you are your own best advocate and you have the tools to decide if a non-100% gluten free establishment is somewhere you feel comfortable eating or not!

TSC Tips(s): Order online, pick up, and take to the pool with you!

My favorite item(s): The Fresh Corn Waffle w/ fresh fruit, fresh pressed watermelon juice, and an iced latte with almond milk

Vintner Grill (Located in summerlin)

My husband and I were given a gift card to try this place out, so with my confidence in advocating for myself and being comfortable creating my own meal if necessary, we went and tried it! I was pleasantly surprised with the awareness of celiac & what was needed to make sure I ate safely. I still made sure to ask questions, especially about the sauce on the entree dish and the brie that comes on the salad - our waiter worked with me to make sure I was taken care of yet still able to enjoy a delicious meal.

If you are looking for an American bistro that is perfect for a date night or family celebration that has good ambiance and is off the strip with quality food - then this a place to check out.

TSC Tips(s): Do not get weirded out that it is located in a business park type of building.

My favorite item(s): Sweet Butter Lettuce Salad, prime beef tenderloin, and sorbet

Wally’s (Located on the strip in Resort World)

This was a find through conversation with someone in the hospitality industry that we were going to check out Resort World and we were told we *had to* check out Wally’s. Fast forward about 3 months and we did. We waited those few months as Wally’s is known for their wine selection, which my mother in law is a wine lover and it was something we wanted to experience with her.

Before we went, I did some research on the restaurant, reviewed the menu, and called in to ask some questions about their gluten-free offerings. Something I have learned about the restaurants on the strip, especially more of the “fine dining” establishments, they can work with a variety of needs, specifically with food. Each time I have been, the staff has been amazing at accommodating my needs and triple checking everything for me.

From my few times dining at Wally’s, it was stated that the fryer was only used for the french fries that I have happily consumed each time I have been here - however, as of 06/10/2022 the fryer is no longer dedicated to the fries (whomp whomp whomp). They still offer the gluten free crackers for the charcuterie boards though, which come from a box!

TSC Tips(s): Get the smaller charcuterie board and get the gluten free crackers.

My favorite item(s): Avocado Gem and the pick 3 charcuterie board

100% Gluten Free: No, but have processes in play to limit cross-contact as much as they can and are aware of what celiac disease and the severity of it.

Yard Bird (Located on the strip in The Venetian)

I WILL SCREAM THIS UNTIL I AM BLUE IN THE FACE - this is hands down the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. I dream of this entree and will take any possible chance to take people here.

The first time I went, I knew I was in the right palace as I was sat in an area that had 4 other tables filled with people who had celiac and said they come back all the time - some even make a dedicated trip every few months or so for Yard Bird. The staff is really knowledgeable - they make sure to let you know that the kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, but they do have stringent processes in place to limit cross-contact.

The chicken & waffles definitely live up to the hype - the chicken is not super greasy, it is cooked well, and has amazing taste! The waffles have a nice little crisp, but are still fluffy!  Plus it is served with a watermelon salad that has a nice little kick and goes well with the chicken! You also have maple syrup and some hot sauce to add into the mix of everything if you choose.

I highly recommend getting a reservation and/or putting your name in & giving yourself time to walk around the hotel’s casino & shops. The bar is also first come and first serve - you get great service wherever you sit.

TSC Tips(s): Split the gluten free chicken & waffles - trust me it is a lot of food! Try the watermelon salad (I may or may not get extra of this).

Comment(s) from the restaurant:

  • What is the staff’s knowledge on celiac disease?

    • It's a monthly topic of conversation in our shiftly staff briefings.

  • What are the processes when it comes to limiting cross-contact as I know your kitchen is not 100% gluten free?

    • Fresh gloves, obtaining single touch items from main storage, cooking in designated areas, indicated markers and different shaped food items to designate safe delivery to guests.

  • What brands do you utilize for your gluten free offering(s)?

    • Caputo, Golden Malted

  • Is there anything else you would like the TSC Community to know about your business?

    • We welcome all diners to experience our brand(s) and urge all to over communicate any and all needs to obtain a gold standard hospitality experience! Hope to see you soon!
