That’s So Celiac does not cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease.

Please consult your own doctor, medical professional, or nutritionist for any medical concerns or conditions you may have.

  • My celiac is not your celiac.

Everyone lives with celiac differently. Everyone is impacted my celiac differently. Everyone’s experiences, needs, and comfort levels with celiac disease and/or the gluten-free diet are different.

Some people only eat products that are certified gluten-free. Others do not.

Please use your own discretion and comfort levels when reviewing the products, ingredients, and other gluten-free information on this website and/or any other services provided by That’s So Celiac.

  • My goal with That’s So Celiac is to educate and empower you to be celiac confident!

Please make sure you continue to ask all the questions and do your own research before dining anywhere.

There is always a risk of cross-contact when going out to eat with celiac disease if the restaurant is not a dedicated gluten-free facility.

Just like everyone’s experiences with celiac is different, so are experiences with dining out.

I will make sure to keep my guides & suggestions as current as possible, but again please make sure to ask your own questions and doing your own research before dining anywhere.

  • I am not responsible for the outcome of the recipes you try from this website. While I do my best to provide as much information and guidance as possible, I am not physically by your side, helping you make the recipe.

Please note that when you choose to make one of the recipes from That’s So Celiac, it may turn out differently than mine for a number of reasons, including and not limited to altitude, oven temperature, ingredient substitutions and/or the gluten-free brands you utilize in your kitchen.

Like with dining out, everyone’s needs are different and not everyone has the same experience. Please make sure to double-check ingredient lists before cooking and/or baking gluten-free recipes.
